For over 25 years, Orlando, FL, has been her home, where she built her career in the Multi-Family Property Management industry, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and achievement.

From starting as a Leasing Agent to becoming a seasoned Property Manager, Paola’s career spans over 16 years, during which she has managed a diverse portfolio of properties, including high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style, lease-ups, and stabilized communities. Each community presented its own unique challenges, testing her skills in tenant relations, occupancy management, and compliance. Despite often facing moments of fear and doubt, Paola consistently pushed through the negativity, refusing to let uncertainty hold her back. Her ability to overcome these obstacles has shaped her into a knowledgeable, empathetic, and solution-driven leader.

Paola is also a proud wife and mother of three, and her family serves as her greatest inspiration, motivating her to lead by example and approach every challenge with grace and determination.
